Artie Handz

Artie Handz, who goes by the handle punk7635, is a digital art collector and curator active across the Tezos and Ethereum NFT ecosystems. Trained as a lawyer, he began collecting in January 2021 through NBA Top Shot, moved into Tezos digital art via the early platform Hicetnunc, and in his second year turned toward generative art on fx(hash) and Art Blocks. From October 2022 he began researching AI art, drawn to the uncanny quality of early AI-generated work by artists on Fellowship. His personal collection includes roughly 3,600 pieces from the Tezos ecosystem. Invited to curate by Verse's CEO, Handz founded Artie Galerie, a curatorial gallery on the platform, and later took on a marketing role there. He minted his own collection, the deviates, in October 2024, releasing it through Verse Works the following year.
