Dario De Siena

Dario De Siena is a Swiss artist born in 1986 and based in Zurich. His practice began in childhood with collage and stencil work, and his paintings merge graffiti roots with abstract, mixed-media portraiture, layering acrylics, spray paint, pastels, collage and digital elements. He has held solo exhibitions since 2010. In 2021 he began releasing MINDDS and made a series of Bored Ape Yacht Club reinterpretations, which appeared in a limited edition of Rolling Stone. That year he received the Best Traditional Artist Turned NFT Artist award at NFT NYC. He has spoken at NFT London, NFT Paris and a Casper Network event held during the World Economic Forum in Davos. Recent solo exhibitions include Code of Creation at Galerie LaSalle in Zurich in 2024 and Scheitern ist Gold at Thryve Concept Store in Zurich in 2025. In his series FLUX he combines earlier analogue work with AI-generated elements.
