Jonas Hangartner

Jonas Hangartner is a Swiss infrared photographer based in Lavigny. Working in infrared light, he photographs Swiss roads, forests and lakes, and since 2022 has built a body of work around the territory where he lives. He calls the ongoing project L'Autre Monde. Among his works is The Otherworld, which depicts a dead tree he first photographed in Vullierens. His work was shown in the exhibition L'Autre Monde at Château de Rolle in 2023, and in Nothing is Real at The House of Art in Geneva in 2025.
