I wrote the following when reviewing the outputs... The wind is gone, My windmill falls, I reach out to catch the pieces. Half fall in my right hand, The others in my left, Two stacks of colored paper. I’m holding my windmill, I feel the breeze in my hair. Each hand is empty, My windmill rises, I can see the wind. 'Departure Within Shattered Windmills' was originally inspired by suprematism, and then started to gain more complexity. It is still a combination of simple features, subdivided quads drawn on different planes of perspective. Chaos simulated by many organized grids. Countless pieces of a windmill. 25% of the royalties for each edition will pass to the original minter. Each output is generated from code written in p5js. Created by Eric Davidson. 2022.
